“We’ve partnered with Sweaty Betty to bring you a series of yoga and pilates sessions throughout August, on our beautiful outdoor St Tropez garden terrace followed by a two-course brunch with the option to add free-flowing rosé or bubbles. Our last session in the series includes a talk on Women in Wellness: Overcoming Setbacks after the Classical Pilates class followed by brunch in the restaurant.

Natalie Wright Sweaty Betty ambassador Natalie’s background is as a professional dancer. It was during her dance career that Natalie discovered her love for Pilates. She not only enjoyed it and felt energised after but it had huge benefits to her as a dancer, increasing core strength and flexibility as well as increasing muscle strength whilst keeping her body lean and toned. Natalie is a fully Certified Stott Instructor Certified Pre and Post Natal Pilates Instructor with Body Control Pilates and just this year became a Mum.
Emily Harding (aka @Yehyoga) runs classes and events for EVERY BODY, empowering you to kick-ass, feel awesome and embrace what she likes to call, your ‘Yeh not Meh’. Teaching in London for over 2 years, she’s led classes, events and workshops at some of London’s top studios and festivals including Adidas London and Be:Fit festival and Emily loves to make her students laugh and teach that yoga isn’t all just about the movement. Emily is passionate about bringing yoga in all its forms to the stressed out London workers who need it the most, and is the founder of The Yeh Yoga Co, who are trying to shake up how and where people can access yoga in their workplaces.
Only recently leaving her corporate role in a start-up in the wine industry, Emily has learnt to thrive on the challenges of juggling many different roles and passions within her life, and most recently has become a senior facilitator with Secret Sunrise, guiding wary Londoners through the life-changing magic of silent headphone dance and meditation!
Jenny Allbrook Training professionally as a ballet dancer at Central School of Ballet, Jenny originally took up yoga alongside training back in 2009. Having taught barre in London for the past four years, in 2017 she completed 200 hours Vinyasa Teaching Training in Greece and has since been teaching group and corporate classes across the city. Her style of teaching brings a calm and focused energy, encouraging breath and visualisations to strive for a state of physical and mental harmony. Off the mat, Jenny runs PR company Second Nature PR.”
