‘Little recipes for Love’ - Self-Care Recipes

These little recipe cards were made with love by me and my good friend Louise Emma Yoga - handed out as part of the wellness goodie bags each attendee to our Self-Care workshop at FLY LDN received.

Taking a long hot bath has long been the perfect remedy to a testing day, and here are 4 recipes to help you in whichever way your mind, body and soul is craving the most that day. I personally went straight for the ‘Detox’ bath as Eucalyptus is something I like to keep to hand during the winter months, and I can confirm it was sublime. Draw a hot bath (or if you don’t have a bath, rub the salts together in your hand with a drop or two of the oil and use on your body as another step in the routine, to allow the hot water to mix with the oils and envelope you in a steamy relaxing shower-version), light a candle, mix up your own recipes, and sink in! ‘Golden Mylk’ is one of my favourite things to drink - for me there’s nothing like it for that comforting and nourishing hit of warmth and turmeric goodness. I like mine a little on the spicy side with a little bit of cayenne pepper thrown into the mix! Give this beautiful recipe from Louise a go and enjoy the ‘golden glow’ <3
